Happy Lunar New Year!
This past two weeks, so many of you have been asking about when the Horse Wax Seals were going to restock - and our answer was always just "soon".
Since we received news that they're on their way, we have opened up the pre-orders before the weekend so that you can secure yours. Even though they won't arrive before the Lunar New Year, I actually love the idea of these being keepsake pieces. Something you can use for birthday cards, red envelopes next year, journaling spreads, or just as a beautiful addition to your wax seal collection.
- The mini standing horse has that sweet, collectable charm.
- The 3D galloping fire horse has that bold, dynamic energy.
That being said, the Horse Wax Seals are going like crazy, and I can't believe, just over the weekend, we're now down to the final few pieces of this round of pre-orders and a lot of things are also out of stock now - like the lunar red wax sticks and dragon and lantern wax seals are down to the last few pieces.
- Canada warehouse: Restock has arrived, and orders have been shipping out since yesterday. YAY!
- USA warehouse: The mini horses and mini hearts are now available, and we’re expecting the larger galloping horse to arrive by the end of this week, if not early next week.
Once this incoming batch is fully claimed, the next batch will likely arrive in mid-March at this point, as our manufacturers are also celebrating the Lunar New Year. The good thing, though, is that the next batch, we'll be restocking a lot of things in the shop, so we're really excited about it.

But, seeing how much you guys loved these, it really brought joy to our hearts (and stress too, but good stress hahaha). Thank you for supporting our small business and for always showing up for these launches. It truly never gets old.

Address Shipping Error & Inventory Issue Update
Since moving part of our inventory to our USA warehouse last August, we’ve been navigating the learning curve of managing stock across two locations.
Some customers were seeing this message at checkout:
"Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."
At first, we believed this was due to Shopify struggling to reconcile inventory between our Canada and USA warehouses. However, we’ve since identified and fixed the root of the issue. Now, if an item is unavailable in your region, it will simply show as out of stock and won’t be available to add to cart, preventing that frustrating checkout error altogether.
We’ve also completed a full manual inventory count across both warehouses to ensure accuracy and avoid overselling. Managing inventory across two countries, while coordinating production timelines, continues to be a complex process but we’re incredibly grateful for your patience as we learn.
