As most of you may know, we are based in Canada and have a USA base as well for shipping our orders, to facilitate smooth order fulfilment. The past few weeks have definitely been a lot of work on the backend as we sort out all sorts of inventory issues, hiring, website updating to make sure everything is allocated properly. It's definitely increase the level of complexity from just managing one inventory location, to now having two locations, with a time difference, and not being able to physically restock either locations quickly. But we are so grateful for our current setup, as we know a lot of fellow Canadian businesses who are still struggling with sending things down to the USA and dealing with all sorts of delays and tariff issues.  We also have to deal with it ourselves, but at least it's in a few months type of rhythm. With moving a portion of our inventory to the USA, this has also helped the orders get through to our customers a lot quicker and tariff-free, for both our US/Canada customers.
