A new door has opened

This past weekend, we celebrated Jasiel's 3rd birthday! I can't believe how quickly time has passed. It was a happy escape from the craziness we've had to deal with this past week. But we are so grateful to share that we've closed in on a solution for our small business!

We will be moving a portion of our operations to the United States

We were this close to closing a solution last week, when this door opened which was even better and really felt like an answered prayer. So this week we are very busy packing things up to send across the border. This decision was not taken lightly and we still have a lot of unknowns, but we are hopeful for growth this move will make for us as a small business.

This will mean:

✅ Faster, smoother shipping of US customers and international customers
✅ Less risk of surprise duties
✅ A way forward in this season of change.

But this also will mean:

⏸️ Personalized products such as engraving and hot-foiling for US customers will no longer be available after this Friday, August 22 10AM PST

Unless I'm physically at the warehouse we're sending from, I won't be able to personalize the products. However, we are planning for some trips we might do some "personalization" events especially for some holiday products, such as our Advent Calendar 2025 which we have yet to announce. We'll see as we navigate this new normal!

Due to the rules changing and our warehouse move, there might be a slight pause in US shipping after Friday, August 22. We're still actively looking for solutions, but wanted to give you guys a heads up that there might be a pause in between shipments. So if you're looking to get our items as soon as possible, please place your orders now until we get sorted out in the USA, which will still take a few weeks.
