Creative art workshops - want in??

Free online creative workshop event banner featuring arts and crafts tools, Workshop Week 2026, June 1–5, free creative learning event
Hi Jason,
If you've never heard of Workshop Week yet, well let me tell you about it! It's my friend Becca from The Happy Ever Crafter's brainchild, which is an online event where you get to learn different art projects from a ton of your favorite artists, for free! I taught it a few years ago and I'm always amazed at the breadth of artists she gets to teach at this event and the number of people that join in.
So it's happening next week, from June 1-5, 2026. It includes 40 different art workshops covering everything from lettering to painting, journalling, illustration, and even kids art workshops. As it's a live event, you can watch it for free, but if you decide you'd like access to the videos forever (or if you can't watch it live), you can also get the Vault. It's an upgrade, but at least you get lifetime access and it's on promo rn (price goes up after the live!)
P.S. I do earn a small amount if you do purchase the vault, just so you are aware it's an affiliate link.

Lily of the Valley Wax Seal - now 3D-Sculpted!

She pretty much powered through the course in a little under two weeks. Now I know not everybody has this kind of time to devote to learning calligraphy, but I wanted to share that progress is possible in this short amount of time if you're able to put your heart into it.

Scribe Archive updated!

Now that our first batch of snail mail is in the mail, we're in the trenches of working on our design for July and August. In the meantime, we've also published the Scribe Archive to include the June set. If you missed the cut off and would like to purchase our first month's set, you can certainly do so here

This past week was certainly an exercise in resting as I found myself quite unwell. I couldn't really run as I found it hard to breathe, and felt very tired and fatigued. Then when I did actually get enough strength to run, I ended up rolling my ankle and scraping my knee 🫠 Thankfully, my ankles are very flexible and I didn't really injure myself, but still! It was a big wake up call to just rest and revel in this forced recovery. In many ways, I much enjoyed the rest and extra sleep, at the same time, I felt enough focus to finish a lot of my design work this past week. Praise the Lord!

I hope you're all doing well - and if there's any way I can pray for you, just hit reply and I'd love to connect.

With love,
Karla ♡
