Hi Friends!

Things have been busy, busy, busy in the Written Word studio these days. I am so grateful for you all and your support while we navigate warehouse packaging, shipping craziness, and inventory for all of your holiday ordering! I wanted to give you a few key updates as we quickly approach the holiday and the year-end.

Shipping Updates

Shipping, especially from Canada has been crazy. That is honestly an understatement. In western Canada, severe flooding, rockslides, and mudslides have caused major delays in package movement. I am trying with all of my might to get your holiday shipments to your doorstep on time, or at least within a reasonable amount of time. This is important to me, since I know how important it is to you. Thank you for your grace, and for your understanding, while we try our best given the circumstances! 

Studio Closure

We are taking a much needed rest over the holiday here at Written Word. The studio will be closed from December 24th until January 2nd. That means that the last day to order products from our holiday shop so that they ship prior to the new year, is December 22nd. Be sure to order before then to ensure the product ships prior to 2022.Thank you all for your orders and support of my small biz.

I cannot wait to get started with the Creative Calligraphy Course in January! Let's start 2022 off with a bang. We are so excited! To get more info, read all about it here!
