It's the last day of our Sale!
Hi friend,
I hope you had a great weekend! We sure did. Just coming back from our church retreat where we created lots of memories with our church community - which is especially bittersweet as we will be saying goodbye to a dear friend and associate pastor in the next few weeks. My daughter is quite sentimental about this, as she recently had a friend move away as well. She truly does surprise me how much she holds, even when we moved from our previous home, she had a hard time leaving, saying goodbye to her room even though she was only 2.5 years old at that time.
Alas, sometimes, God closes certain doors but opens new ones for us to discover. Just like our sale, we'll need to say goodbye to it for now so we can make room in our catalog for new things.

A little scrapbook gift
When my good friend Andrea (who also hosts this creative Youtube channel) was moving away, our women's group and I worked on a present together - a shadow box that had some of our pictures, and an envelope holding envelopes. Each envelope had a theme, like "open when you need peace", or "open when you feel overwhelmed", and filled it with a Bible Verse and a short note. I thought you might find it as a lovely idea for someone that might need it, too. In a way, it was like a Scribe for every season.
