Well, that's the case with our IMPERFECT Universal Nib Container Penholders! These are beautifully handmade, ergonomic calligraphy pen with a clever hidden nib compartment. They're imperfect - so they may have a slight scratch, glue residue, or minor discoloration, but it works exactly the same - just with a bit of extra character ;) In a way, it feels a bit less daunting to get them messy with ink!

Plus, their acrylic surface is easily wipable and works great with ink

While our normal stock has already completely sold out, we still have a handful of these imperfect pens waiting to find their new home. Available in dreamy shades like White, Blush, Beige, Forest Green, Lavender and Dusty Blue. As these are oblique pens, they're made for right-handed writers, but we've also found that our lefty students love these as well.

You'll know that we uphold a strict standard for our products and sometimes, it's even hard to tell what's wrong with them. We've vetted them at least three times and if they really just don't meet our aesthetic standard, we put them in the imperfect pile ;) 

We've also updated our inventory in this collection, so aside from the pens, you'll see some additional items that have slight surface marks that don't affect their overall function. It's the same thoughtful design and quality you love, just with a little extra character.
