Hi friend,

A few weeks ago, we made a video with our clear wax and our bee wax seal, adding a bit of gold to it, and it got over 200,000 views and over 20,000 likes! Not sure if you've ever seen it, but we do have a new Instagram account dedicated to all our wax seals, called @writtenwordwaxseals. It's been a hot minute since we've had this many views on our IG, so we are grateful to see people liking it.

To be honest, in the past few years, we've definitely seen a decline of our content being viewed by our subscribers, and it's quite disheartening especially because we continue to try our best to create content that is helpful, functional and beautiful - but when it doesn't reach our target audiences, it feels like it's for naught.

It's funny because here I am, teaching a skill for people to slow down and almost pause from being on socials as much, yet, I'm hoping you'll also find me in it ;)

I finally made it!

Summer schedules just make my work schedule all over the place, so I'm so grateful I finally sat down and created this giant video sharing some of my best tips for creating wax seals. I hope you'll enjoy watching it and learn something new about creating wax seals.

Sunrise Wax Seal

I know it's very easy to look at our "new arrivals" and see what's up and coming, but some of our wax seals are just classics and I often have so many stories of how they came to be. Like the sunrise wax seal - there's something so stunning about watching sunrises, more than sunsets. They're calmer, and now that I wake up early to go for a run every Saturday, it's a welcome sight to see the sun shining through :)

Afternoon Rose Wax Sticks

Among our gradient wax collection, the Afternoon Rose wax sticks by far have sold more than twice the other colors - which surprises me but at the same it doesn't. I grew up loving more the cool tone colors like the Deep Lagoon and the Coastal Breeze, but now, I've grown to love this color combo and love how it can be used for many different occasions.
