It definitely feels like summer over here in Vancouver - the kids are enjoying the extended evenings riding their bikes, getting scrapes, strawberries, watermelon, and it's also birthday party season for some reason, haha! So I thought it was perfect time to pull out the summer wax seals.

Ice Cream or Fries?
A lot of our foodie wax seals remind us of summer. Sitting outside, enjoying waffles, or ice cream, or fries (or all together!). Bubble waffles, also known as egg waffles, kinda remind me a bit of bubble wrap haha, but they're delicious! And you can't go wrong with a Belgian Waffle - if you ever come to Vancouver, we have this killer waffle place called Nero, from a fave date spot to now we indulge in this delicious dessert once in a while... it's just so good!
Birthday Celebrations?
Okay question for you - do you like icing? Do you eat up the icing on its own, or take it off and just eat the cupcake, or all together? I personally don't love buttercream cupcakes, but I love a cream cheese frosting.
Oh, so good! Recently I've been running with a group of amazing ladies and treating ourselves to a carb-loaded dessert afterwards, and a cinnamon bun or a donut is what we crave.
Have you received your Scribe yet?
This past week, I've been receiving emails from our Scribers that they got their Scribe mail and I'm so blessed to hear that! Please, continue to send me pictures and images - like this one from Sylvie, and the most beautiful bouquet of peonies, my favorite flower!
If you haven't received your Scribe yet - fret not! It takes about 2-3 weeks for it to arrive and it's 'snail mail' so you might need to check your mailbox here and there ;)
