It definitely feels like summer over here in Vancouver - the kids are enjoying the extended evenings riding their bikes, getting scrapes, strawberries, watermelon, and it's also birthday party season for some reason, haha! So I thought it was perfect time to pull out the summer wax seals.ย

Ice Cream or Fries?
A lot of our foodie wax seals remind us of summer. Sitting outside, enjoying waffles, or ice cream, or fries (or all together!).ย Bubble waffles, also known as egg waffles, kinda remind me a bit of bubble wrap haha, but they're delicious! And you can't go wrong with aย Belgian Waffleย - if you ever come to Vancouver, we have this killer waffle place calledย Nero, from a fave date spot to now we indulge in this delicious dessert once in a while... it's just so good!ย
Birthday Celebrations?
Okay question for you - do you like icing? Do you eat up the icing on its own, or take it off and just eat theย cupcake, or all together? I personally don't love buttercream cupcakes, but I love a cream cheese frosting.
Oh, so good! Recently I've been running with a group of amazing ladies and treating ourselves to a carb-loaded dessert afterwards, and aย cinnamon bunย or aย donutย is what we crave.ย
