Written word calligraphy shop has such beautiful and well made items. I am a newer customer and am already on repeat. I have tried the dual heat glue gun for my wax seals, the upper and lower case calligraphy practice pads as well as the custom inks and I could not be more elated with my purchase. I have a few other items I am avidly scoping for my next purchase. Karla and her team are very professional and caring. They were helpful with a deadline concern around Christmas for my small shop and everything turned out perfect!

being a beginner and a self-learner, I didn't realise that not having the right tool can potentially push back. After watching Karla's video I tried to look for the dual pen in the UK but to no avail. Eventually, I ordered it from Written Word. It's worth every penny and is the best quality despite the price being affordable (including the shipping from CA to the UK).
